Shipping costs depend on the country of destination:
Italy
Shipping cost for amounts over €100: free
Shipping cost for amounts less than €100: €5
Shipping times: delivery within 1/3 working days
European Union
Shipping cost for amounts over €100: free
Shipping cost for amounts less than €100: €10
Shipping times: delivery within 3/6 working days
Switzerland and the UK
Shipping cost: €18
Rest of the world
Shipping cost: €30
How long does it take for the package to arrive?
If the product is available, it will be shipped within 24 hours in Italy (islands excluded), while it will take 2-4 working days for international destinations.
If the product is in pre-order or out of stock M11 reserves the right to delay the shipment up to 15-20 working days from the order confirmation date.
Can I track my shipment? Is my package insured?
From the moment of purchase to delivery, you will always be updated on the status of your order and your package.
