What are the return and refund methods?
To return your order, you must send us the goods in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all tags uncut or torn and in perfect retail condition, within a maximum of 14 consecutive days.
Refer to the "RETURNS AND EXCHANGES" policy.
Duly fill in the return sheet that you find in your parcel, and attach it to the parcel which must be sent to:

Upon receipt of your return, we will send you a confirmation email with the refund amount.
If the return instructions are not followed, M11 reserves the right not to issue a refund.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen during the original purchase.
Remember to keep the information relating to the return (order number, article reference, return date and any return number); we will refund the cost of the goods less delivery costs.
How can I exercise the right to cancel an order?
You always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending both the goods and the cancellation form to:

The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen during the original purchase.
If you wish to cancel all goods ordered we will also refund the original delivery charges; in case of partial cancellation of the order (concerning only a part of the goods purchased), the shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the cancellation instructions are not respected, M11 reserves the right not to issue a refund.
