The M11SHOP.EU website provides customers with information on the products offered and on how to purchase them. By accessing the M11SHOP.EU website, users accept and agree to abide by all the conditions contained herein. M11SHOP.EU reserves the right to ask Users who do not accept or do not intend to comply with these terms, to refrain from accessing M11SHOP.EU.
Access to the site and related services is intended for personal use only.
Payment terms
M11SHOP.EU accepts the following forms of payment:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- Payment: Paypal.
Payment: Paypal
Customers can pay via PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, log in with your details and confirm the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can open one and confirm the payment. In case of return of goods, the amount due will be credited to the account used for payment.
Bank transfer
M11SHOP.EU will send the Customer an e-mail confirming the bank details for the transfer. Payment by bank transfer must be received within 2 working days; therefore, within 8 hours of payment, the Customer undertakes to send the payment/accounting receipt via e-mail to info@m11shop.eu with the relative transaction reference number, providing the order number both at the time of payment and in the email.
Only at that point will M11SHOP.EU proceed with the processing of the order. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be considered cancelled. M11SHOP.EU will send an e-mail to update the Customer on the status of the order.
Prices and currency
All orders are accompanied by an invoice in Euros which shows the exact total amount of the purchase, as required by the rules governing international trade. The amount actually charged to your credit card or bank account may be subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates or bank fees: for more details, we advise customers to contact their bank.
Shipping Methods
Shipping is charged to the customer: refer to the shipping cost table.
Order Fulfillment / Product Availability
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Orders placed before 12pm will be processed the same day; Orders received later will be processed the next working day. If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
If the goods are backordered or out of stock, M11SHOP.EU reserves the right to delay delivery up to 15-20 working days from the time of the order. Deliveries will take place within 24 hours for mainland Italy, islands excluded. International shipments will take 2-4 days.
All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
M11SHOP.EU reserves the right to notify the customer, via e-mail or as displayed on the screen for the selected garment, of any delay in delivery due to out of stock or backordered goods, for a maximum of 15-20 working days.
Delivery of the order
Customers should carefully inspect their parcels upon delivery before acknowledging receipt of the order with their signature. The goods become the property of the customer upon signing the delivery form. The following can occur:
- Upon delivery, the package appears to have been tampered with: we advise customers to accept the delivery with reserve or to refuse it
- The customer refuses the shipment or requests the return of the package to the sender: any reimbursement costs possibly charged to M11SHOP.EU will be deducted from any reimbursement due to the Customer
- It is not possible to deliver the shipment to the address provided by the Customer in the order: the package could be returned to the sender
In this case, the shipping costs of the return package will be borne by the Customer.
Insurance
All shipped products are insured from the moment they are entrusted to the courier until delivery to the final customer. Once delivered to the address provided, the goods are no longer insured.
The sale of wine and alcoholic products to minors is prohibited
Based on the law of 08 November 2012 which implemented the decree law of 13 September 2012 n. 158, the sale of alcoholic products is prohibited to minors, therefore the user declares to be of age according to the legislation applicable to the latter. The user also declares that whoever receives the alcoholic product will be of age according to the legislation applicable to the latter.
