The Birds in the Dunes design featured on this elegant linen tablecloth is taken from a delightful painting by Nathalie Lété. The birds depicted in the painting are an Eskimo curlew, a wheatear, a Caspian plover, and a gull. Natural linen is made from natural fibers and may shrink slightly in the first wash. Natural linen is one of the oldest and most loved fabrics. As it is made from plant-derived linen fibres, there may be occasional "slummings" in the weave, which are not defects in the fabric but add character and authenticity.
